Our IRATA-trained operatives descend from roof level on rope access systems, cleaning windows and facade surfaces as they go. There’s no scaffold erection, no cradle installation and no disruption to residents entering or leaving the building. Access to the roof is all that’s typically required.

Yes. Every visit comes with a completion report. Gutter clearances include photographic evidence of the before and after condition. All documentation is provided in a format suitable for service charge records and resident queries.

We’ll survey the building, identify the roosting and landing points, and recommend the most appropriate deterrent system netting, spike or post-and-wire depending on the location. We handle the fouling clearance and biohazard clean-down first, then install the deterrent to prevent return.

Yes. We work with developers and their FM partners during the maintenance period, providing window cleaning, gutter clearance and any reactive facade work that arises. It’s a good opportunity to establish a maintenance programme that continues beyond the defects period.
