Where defects are identified during a facade inspection our operatives can carry out repairs in the same mobilisation, sealant replacement, minor glazing repairs, fixing checks and weatherproofing, significantly reducing overall cost and programme time compared to a scaffolded inspection followed by a separate repair visit.

It’s useful before purchasing a building, for insurance purposes, ahead of a planned maintenance programme, or when you suspect deterioration but need a full picture before committing to repair works.

Scaffold typically means weeks of planning, erection time and significant cost before any maintenance work begins. Rope access allows us to mobilise quickly, access any point on the facade directly and complete inspection and repair works in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the overall cost. Without disruption to building occupants or the surrounding area.
