Safety System Installation & Maintenance
Services.

Height safety systems installed, inspected and certified without the disruption.

Height safety systems

At Think 360° Services Ltd, we install and maintain height safety systems for commercial and industrial buildings, helping property owners and facilities managers keep their buildings compliant and their maintenance contractors safe.

Building managers have a legal duty to ensure that anyone working at height on their building, whether that’s a window cleaner, an M&E engineer or a roofer, has access to properly installed and maintained fall protection systems. Think 360° installs anchor points, lifeline systems and edge protection on occupied commercial buildings, using rope access to minimise disruption and reduce installation costs.

As a rope access FM contractor, we also carry out the annual inspection and recertification that keeps your systems legally compliant. Because we use rope access ourselves day-to-day, we understand exactly what a system needs to work reliably in practice, not just what it needs to pass a standard.

F.A.Q’s

We install single and multi-user anchor points to BS EN 795, static and inertia reel horizontal lifeline systems, and modular edge protection systems on rooftops, facades and elevated structures across commercial and industrial buildings.

Yes. Building owners and managers have a legal duty under the Work at Height Regulations 2005 to ensure that anyone working at height on their building has access to properly installed and maintained fall protection. This applies to all contractors working on your building, including window cleaners, roofers and M&E engineers.

Anchor points, lifeline systems and edge protection should be inspected and recertified annually in accordance with BS EN 795 and manufacturer requirements. Think 360° carries out scheduled annual inspection visits with full documentation and certification on completion.

This is more common than you might expect, particularly with inherited buildings or systems installed some years ago. We can carry out a compliance audit of your existing height safety provision, assess it against current standards and provide a prioritised remedial action plan with a cost estimate for any works required to bring it up to standard.

Yes. Using rope access for installation means we do not need to erect scaffold or bring in elevated work platforms, which significantly reduces disruption to the building and the people in it. We can typically carry out rooftop and facade installations with minimal impact on day-to-day building operations.

A compliance audit is a survey and assessment of all existing height safety provision on your building, checked against current standards and regulations. You receive a written report identifying any gaps or non-compliant systems, along with a prioritised action plan and cost estimate for remedial works. It gives building managers a clear picture of their current position and what is needed to achieve and maintain compliance.

On completion of any installation or recertification works you receive a full documentation pack including system certification, inspection records and handover documentation. This gives you the auditable compliance record you need as a building owner or manager.

Contact us to arrange a compliance audit. We will inspect your existing systems, assess them against current standards and advise on whether they remain fit for purpose or require repair, upgrade or replacement. Acting on this proactively is significantly less costly and disruptive than addressing it after an incident or enforcement action.
